This is the Ferrari 512S 5.0 V12 #5 1970 24h Le Mans Jacy Ickx/ Peter Schetty in 1:18 scale by WERK83.

At the 1970 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Scuderia Ferrari team entered the #5 Ferrari 512 S, driven by Jacky Ickx and Peter Schetty. The 512 S was Ferrari's response to the Porsche 917, featuring a 5.0-liter V12 engine producing approximately 550 horsepower. Despite its power, the car faced challenges, including a heavier steel chassis compared to the Porsche's lighter alloy frame. During the race, the #5 car encountered issues that led to its retirement after 115 laps. Nevertheless, the event was significant as it marked Ferrari's concerted effort to compete against Porsche's dominance in endurance racing. Jacky Ickx, renowned for his skill in both Formula One and endurance racing, and Peter Schetty, a Swiss driver known for his expertise in hill climbs and later roles within Ferrari's management, brought considerable talent to the team. The 1970 Le Mans race itself was notable for the intense rivalry between Ferrari and Porsche, setting the stage for one of the most competitive eras in sports car racing.
