This is the Ferrari 340 Mexico Spyder Pebble Beach 1953 Car #10 2° Place Driver: Bill Spear in 1:18 scale by Tecnomodel.

At the 1953 Pebble Beach Road Races, American privateer Bill Spear drove the striking Ferrari 340 Mexico Spyder, car #10, to an impressive second-place finish. Spear, known for his refined taste in machinery and formidable skill on the track, was one of Ferrari’s earliest American customers and a prominent figure in the golden age of U.S. sports car racing. The 340 Mexico Spyder, originally built for the grueling Carrera Panamericana, featured a powerful 4.1L V12 and aggressive styling suited for high-speed endurance. Pebble Beach’s narrow, tree-lined course was notoriously unforgiving, and Spear’s result underscored both his talent and the Ferrari’s versatility—transitioning from the heat of Mexican highways to the cool, twisting California roads with grace and speed.
